The Toledo 3 Jaw Pilot Bearing Puller is designed to pull smaller internal bearings such as spigot bearings or motorcycle wheel bearings. The small jaws slip through the centre of the bearing and lock in place by screwing the handle to open them, giving a secure grip inside the bore before extraction begins.
Once the legs are positioned on a stable area on the outside of the bearing, the handle is held still while a 21mm spanner tightens the nut down to draw the bearing free. The puller suits cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles and tractors, covering an internal diameter range of 13 to 38mm, and is supplied in a blow mould storage case with a user guide for safe keeping between jobs.
