Developed in partnership with TAG and Brink Towbars for vehicles in the Asia-Pacific region, the plug-n-play CAN-bus harness is bench tested and rated to current ADR standards, integrating with the Mazda CX-5's safety systems without disrupting trailer stability programming, lane collision avoidance or park distance control. No special tools or soldering are needed, and the harness does not interfere with brake lights, turning signals or live wire connections.
The kit includes the wiring harness, ECU module, 7-pin flat socket, installation instructions and a connection guide, with a typical fitting time of 120 minutes. The TAG Direct Fit Wiring Harness is backed by TAG's limited lifetime warranty.
