The Speco Meter Oil Filter Sandwich Plate Adaptor M18 x 1.5 547-51 mounts an electrical oil pressure or temperature gauge between the filter and engine block. It features an M18 x 1.5 oil filter thread, a 2-3/4″ O-ring for a secure seal, and 1/8″ NPT ports for the gauge sender, and is suitable only for electrical gauges, not mechanical types.
This oil filter sandwich plate adaptor suits V6 Commodore models from VN onwards and measures 33mm thick including the O-ring, giving a solid mounting point for the sender without drilling into the block.
