The SCA Custom Cut Foam is a versatile sheet of 6 layer foam that transforms into bespoke tool storage without expensive pre-made compartments. At 40mm thick and measuring 555mm wide by 390mm long, it fits most standard toolbox drawers and accommodates tools of various depths in a single organiser.
Simply trace the outline of each tool into the foam, carefully cut out the shape with a craft knife or Stanley knife to your desired depth, remove the excess and test the fit. The custom approach protects tools from abrasion and impact damage, especially during transport in mobile applications, vans and workshop environments where drawers are constantly opened and closed.
