The SCA Braided Heat Shrink Tubing 12mm x 1m, Black is engineered to protect wires, terminals and cable assemblies in automotive and electronic applications. Its 2:1 shrink ratio delivers a tight, secure fit that won't slip or loosen once cooled, and the braided polyolefin and polyester construction withstands continuous temperatures from 135°C to 180°C, making it ideal for engine bays, solar installations and high temperature environments.
Self-extinguishing and halogen-free, the tubing stops flame spread and burns safely without releasing toxic gases, meeting safety standards for automotive and marine wiring. At 12mm diameter and 1 metre length, one roll covers small to medium wire bundles, terminal blocks and connector protection.
