Product Info
The SCA 12V 4.8W Solar Maintenance Charger keeps infrequently used batteries in peak condition without access to mains power. Self-discharge can damage cells in batteries left unused for months, and this solar charger uses amorphous panel technology to deliver a gentle trickle charge even in cloudy conditions, keeping your 12V batteries topped up year-round.
Suitable for cars, small 4WDs, deep cycle batteries and camping setups, the charger maintains batteries up to 750CCA/80AH capacity. Set the panel indoors next to a sunny window, clamp it to your battery, and let sunlight do the work. Note that this unit is not waterproof, so indoor placement is essential.
