The Safari V-Spec Snorkel suits Toyota Fortuner SS156HF is engineered to deliver a huge volume of clean, cool air into the stock air cleaner assembly of 08/2015 onwards 2.8L diesel 1GD-FTV Fortuner 156 Series vehicles. Raising the air intake above the engine bay keeps dust, water and other harmful elements out of the air cleaner, while the air ram design acts as an efficient water separator so rainwater is removed from the incoming air stream before it reaches the engine.
This Safari Snorkel is manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial specification UV stabilised polyethylene, giving it the wall thickness and physical strength to handle sustained off-road use. By rotating the air ram to face away from the prevailing wind or direction of travel, additional protection from the elements is delivered, and the snorkel is backed by a lifetime warranty.
