The Safari V-Spec Snorkel Mitsubishi Triton MR SS663HF 742188 raises the air intake for optimal engine protection. Designed to suit the Mitsubishi MR Triton 2.4L diesel (4N15 engine) built from November 2018 onwards, it delivers a large volume of cool, clean air into the stock air cleaner assembly. Raising the intake point helps prevent harmful dust and water ingestion that can otherwise reach the vehicle's air cleaner during river crossings, dusty trails or heavy rain.
This V-Spec snorkel is manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial spec UV stabilised polyethylene, with stainless steel mounting hardware and EPDM moulded rubber connection hoses fitted for long term durability. The Safari air ram is designed to funnel cool air into the snorkel body while acting as an efficient water separator, removing rain water from the incoming air stream so the vehicle keeps operating safely in wet conditions. By rotating the air ram to face away from the prevailing wind or direction of motion, additional protection from the elements is delivered. This snorkel is backed by a lifetime warranty.
