The Safari V-Spec Snorkel to Suit Toyota Prado SS189HF 742228 raises the air intake for Toyota Prado 150 Series 1GR-FE petrol engines. Built to suit vehicles from 10/2009 onwards fitted with the 4.0L V6 Dual VVT-i petrol engine, the snorkel body and air ram are manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial spec UV stabilised polyethylene for durability in harsh off-road conditions. The air ram removes maximum water from the incoming air stream while delivering maximum airflow to the factory air cleaner assembly.
Safari V-Spec snorkels follow the traditional design and look identical to current Safari Snorkel versions, and the air ram can be rotated to face away from the prevailing wind or direction of travel for extra protection from rain and dust. The kit is backed by a lifetime warranty.
