The Safari V-Spec Snorkel Toyota Prado 150 Series SS188HF raises the air intake on 10/2009 to 01/2015 Prado 150 Series models fitted with the 3.0L diesel 1KD-FTV engine. Manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial spec UV stabilised polyethylene, the snorkel looks identical to the current V-Spec range while delivering the coolest, cleanest air possible to the factory air cleaner assembly. The air ram removes maximum water from the incoming air stream while still delivering maximum airflow to the engine.
Rotating the air ram to face away from the prevailing wind or direction of motion gives the Prado 150 Series extra protection from dust and water ingress. This V-Spec snorkel kit is backed by a life time warranty and primarily suits current model Prado 150 Series vehicles fitted with the 1KD-FTV or 1GD-FTV engine.
