The Safari V-Spec Snorkel Nissan GU Patrol Y61 SS17HFD is designed to deliver a huge volume of cool, clean air into the stock air cleaner assembly of Series 4 TD42-Ti 4.2L diesel engines. The air ram removes maximum water from the incoming air stream while still delivering maximum airflow, and by rotating the air ram to face away from the prevailing wind or direction of motion, it provides additional protection against water and dust ingress.
This Safari Snorkel is manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial spec UV stabilised polyethylene, with stainless steel mounting hardware and EPDM moulded rubber connection hoses used across the V-Spec range to help the snorkel last the lifetime of the vehicle. It carries a life time warranty.
