The Safari V-Spec Snorkel to suit Nissan GU Patrol SS15HFD raises the air intake to protect the TD42 diesel engine. It suits Nissan GU Patrol cab chassis Series 1, 2 and 3 models and is manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial spec UV stabilised polyethylene. The air ram removes maximum water from the incoming air stream while still delivering maximum airflow to the stock air cleaner assembly, and it can be rotated to face away from the prevailing wind for extra protection from the elements.
Stainless steel mounting hardware and EPDM moulded rubber connection hoses are fitted to help the unit last the life of the vehicle, and the water tight raised air intake guards against water and dust ingress. This Safari product is backed by a lifetime warranty.
