The Safari V-Spec Snorkel suits Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series SS79HFD is designed to protect the 4.5L diesel 1VD-FTV engine from water and dust ingress. It suits VDJ76, VDJ78 and VDJ79 models built from 03/2007 to 2023 and replaces the factory snorkel with a direct fit unit. The snorkel body is manufactured in Australia from Safari's own Industrial Spec UV Stabilised Polyethylene, and the Air Ram design removes the maximum volume of water from the incoming air stream while still delivering maximum airflow to the OE air intake assembly.
Stainless steel mounting hardware and EPDM moulded rubber connection hoses are fitted to help the snorkel last the life of the vehicle. Safari backs the V-Spec range with a lifetime warranty.
