The Safari ARMAX Snorkel Volkswagen Amarok V6 SS1410HP raises the air intake on Volkswagen Amarok V6 turbo diesel models to protect the engine from water and dust ingress. Designed for the DDXC 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine from 09/2016 on, the ARMAX snorkel is engineered to deliver up to 50% more air than the factory air intake, supporting engine management and exhaust upgrades. The air ram can be rotated to face away from the prevailing wind, giving the water separating design extra protection from the elements.
Manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial spec UV stabilised polyethylene, the snorkel body and air ram are built to handle harsh off-road conditions. This snorkel kit only fits Amarok models with factory flares fitted.
