The Safari ARMAX Snorkel Ford Ranger PX SS982HP is designed for Ford PX-MkI, PX-MkII and PX-MkIII Ranger models with 2.2L and 3.2L TDCi diesel engines (P4AT and P5AT engines). This raised air intake snorkel uses Safari's own industrial spec UV stabilised polyethylene body and a rounded style air ram with a minimum 4 inch (101.6mm) neck, giving an optimised, low restriction airflow path into the engine bay. The air ram is engineered to separate water from the incoming air stream while still delivering maximum airflow to the engine.
The Safari ARMAX Snorkel SS982HP body runs along the fender towards the front of the vehicle, following the factory guard line for a close fit. This kit does not fit vehicles fitted with EGR fender flares, so confirm guard configuration before fitting.
