The Ryco SynTec Oil Filter Z160ST (Interchangeable with Z160) is a spin-on oil filter built for high performance and everyday petrol vehicles. Its high efficiency synthetic nano fibre media with mesh backing removes a minimum of 98.7% of contaminants at 20 micron, and a reinforced wound core resists collapse under oil pressure.
Measuring 85mm overall height with a 75mm outer diameter and a 71mm seal diameter, the Z160ST fits a S13/16 x 16 thread and includes an anti drain back valve to stop oil draining from the filter when the engine is off. Technology from Ryco's partnership with Tickford Racing feeds into the SynTec range, with larger ports and a reinforced base plate supporting oil flow during endurance events. The Teflon coated gasket simplifies installation and removal while maintaining a reliable seal across the 15,000km service interval.
