Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA438M protects vehicle occupants from airborne bacteria, viruses, pollen and harmful exhaust gases. The medical-grade N99 media delivers 99.7% efficiency at filtering particles as small as 0.3 micron, tested to ISO11155-2:2009 standards, and is proven to capture contaminants smaller than a human hair (approximately 90 microns).
The three-layer MicroShield construction comprises a pre-filter with anti-viral properties, an activated carbon layer for odour elimination, and an electrostatically charged layer for optimum particle filtration. Anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents embedded in the media eliminate trapped pathogens and prevent their growth within the filter, ensuring the air reaching your lungs stays cleaner for longer. Replace every 15,000 kilometres or annually, depending on driving conditions and your car manufacturer's recommendation.
