The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA404M is engineered to filter airborne viruses and bacteria from the cabin air supply, protecting vehicle occupants. Its three-layer media combines an anti-viral pre-filter, an activated carbon odour barrier and an electrostatically charged layer for particle capture down to 0.3 micron, far smaller than a human hair which measures approximately 90 micron.
Ryco N99 MicroShield cabin air filters use flame retardant media and are designed so that virus and bacteria trapped within the filter stop growing once captured. The activated carbon layer also acts as an odour barrier, protecting occupants from harmful exhaust gases and noxious odours entering the cabin.
