The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA372M is a medical-grade cabin filter that purifies incoming air for vehicle occupants. Three layers of MicroShield media combine an anti-viral pre-filter, an activated carbon odour barrier and an electrostatically charged particle layer, capturing airborne bacteria and viruses down to 0.3 microns at 99.7% efficiency. Anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents embedded in the media neutralise trapped pathogens and stop them multiplying within the filter.
Cabin air filter protection extends beyond pathogens, trapping pollen, dust, exhaust gases, soot and smog that would otherwise reach the cabin, which is useful during high-pollen seasons and heavy traffic driving. The filter is tested to ISO11155-2:2009 standards and measures 241.5mm long, 201.5mm wide and 28mm high for direct fit replacement.
