The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA275M is engineered to protect vehicle occupants from airborne bacteria, viruses, pollen and harmful gases. Fitted beneath the bonnet, below the centre console or behind the glove box, this cabin air filter, also known as a pollen filter, works continuously to clean the air drawn into the vehicle's interior.
The filter comprises three layers: a pre-filter with anti-viral properties, an activated carbon layer that neutralises odours, exhaust gases and ozone, and an electrostatically charged layer for particle capture. The N99 medical-grade media delivers 99.7% efficiency capturing particles as small as 0.3 micron, tested to ISO 11155-2:2009 standards, with anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents embedded in the media to eliminate pathogens and prevent their growth. Measuring 235mm long, 219mm wide and 26mm high, the flame retardant media is a direct fit replacement requiring no modification.
Replace the Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter every 15,000 kilometres or once a year, whichever comes first, to maintain consistent airflow and protection for vehicle occupants.
