The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA182M uses medical grade filtration media to protect occupants from airborne contaminants, allergens and odours. It achieves a 99.7% efficiency rating against particles as small as 0.3 micron, smaller than most bacteria and viruses, tested to ISO11155-2:2009 standards. The three layer MicroShield media combines an anti-viral pre-filter, an activated carbon layer for odour removal and an electrostatically charged layer for particle capture, with embedded anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents that stop trapped pathogens regrowing.
Measuring 218mm long, 206mm wide and 30mm thick, this cabin pollen filter is designed to fit behind the glove box with an installation time of around 15 minutes. Replace the filter every 15,000 kilometres or annually to maintain filtration performance.
