The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA119M is a high-capacity air purification system engineered to protect vehicle occupants from airborne biological contaminants and environmental pollutants. Fitted with medical-grade N99 media tested to ISO11155-2:2009, it delivers 99.7% efficiency at capturing particles and pathogens as small as 0.3 micron, smaller than a human hair.
The filter employs three integrated layers: a pre-filter with anti-viral properties, an activated carbon layer that neutralises odours and blocks exhaust gases and ozone, and an electrostatically charged layer that traps fine particles. Anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents embedded in the media eliminate captured pathogens and prevent their growth within the filter, maintaining airflow quality for the life of the filter.
