Every time fuel moves from transport tanks, service stations or a vehicle's own tank, contaminants and moisture are absorbed into it, and this filter protects fuel system components by removing those impurities before they reach the engine.
Fuel filter media rated to 4 micron at 98.7% efficiency traps fine particles that could otherwise clog or wear high pressure injectors and fuel pumps, while the M16 x 1.5 thread suits direct fitment to the fuel system.
