The Ryco Fuel Filter Z1000 is designed to protect the fuel system by removing contaminants and moisture that are introduced into fuel during transport and storage. Every time fuel moves between transport rigs, service station tanks and the vehicle's own tank, contaminants and moisture are absorbed, and the filter's role is to remove them before they reach sensitive fuel system components. By preventing injector clogging, wear and damage, the Z1000 helps protect high pressure injectors and fuel pumps from contaminant build-up, supporting reliable engine performance and reducing the risk of breakdowns.
Ryco tests the Z1000 in Australia's own dedicated filtration laboratory, with the aim of meeting or exceeding OE equivalents and international ISO and SAE standards. The filter measures 134.50mm in overall height with a 94.00mm outer diameter and a 3/4 x 16 inlet/outlet thread, and carries a micron rating of 4.00 microns at 98.7% efficiency.
