The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA230M is engineered to purify incoming cabin air and protect vehicle occupants from airborne contaminants. Also used as a pollen filter, it uses medical grade N99 media that captures particles as small as 0.3 micron, including bacteria, viruses and pollen, and is tested to ISO11155-2:2009 with an efficiency rating of up to 99.7%. The three-layer MicroShield construction combines an anti-viral pre-filter, an activated carbon layer that neutralises odours and blocks exhaust gases, and an electrostatically charged layer for fine particle capture.
Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA230M measures 252mm long, 100mm wide and 20mm high, and is a direct fit replacement for straightforward installation. Anti-viral and anti-bacterial agents embedded in the media stop trapped bacteria and viruses from multiplying, keeping the cabin environment cleaner between services. Ryco recommends replacing the filter every 15,000 kilometres or once a year to maintain filtration performance.
