The Polycraft Touch Up Paint Etch Primer 150g DS125 is an acrylic lacquer primer used to prepare automotive surfaces before applying colour matched touch up paint. It duplicates the manufacturer's original colour system, giving painters a solid base for the basecoat and clear topcoat that follow in a simple three step repair process.
Applying this grey etch primer first helps the colour matched basecoat adhere evenly to the repaired area, while a top coat clear afterwards protects the finish from fading, discolouring, scratching and UV damage. The 150g aerosol can suits minor chips, scratches and scuffs through to larger repair jobs around the vehicle, home garage or shed.
