Penrite Pro Gear GL-5 75W-85 2.5 Litre is a premium full synthetic differential and transaxle gear oil engineered for the most demanding driving conditions. Manufactured with 100% PAO ester synthetic base oils and an advanced additive system, it delivers outstanding protection and longer service life in both hypoid and limited slip differentials, transfer cases, manual transaxles and gearboxes across late model passenger cars, 4WDs and light commercial vehicles.
This SAE 75W-85 gear oil meets API GL-5 performance requirements and is rated for numerous OEM specifications including MB 235.31, MB 235.62, MB 235.7, ZF TE-ML 18 and VW TL 521 45-X. Its enhanced oxidation stability reduces harmful deposits, while the pre-dosed friction additive pack eliminates the need for separate additives in limited slip applications. The formulation is optimised for improved shift quality in colder climates.
Suitable for BMW, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Holden, Land Rover, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles requiring SAE 75W-85 API GL-5 viscosity. Do not use as a replacement for Penrite Pro Gear 75W-85 (which is API GL-4 specification).
