Its premium high-efficiency media achieves over 98% particle capture, keeping oil cleaner and helping sustain consistent engine performance. Built to meet or exceed OEM standards, this filter combines cellulose-based media with resins, synthetic fibres and natural fibres for reliable operation.
The robust construction features a spiral-wound perforated metal centre tube that distributes pressure evenly and prevents element collapse under load. The high-strength steel housing, manufactured using a draw and iron process, increases tensile strength by approximately 20%, whilst the 4mm reinforced base plate provides one of the highest burst pressure ratings available. An AEM gasket creates a heat and oil-resistant seal, and a premium silicon anti-drain back valve prevents oil drain-back during shutdown, working together to extend filter life and engine protection.
