The Nulon Red OAT Long Life Anti-Freeze Anti-Boil Coolant Premix 6 Litre is a ready-to-use Type A coolant for vehicles that specify a red or orange OAT coolant. It meets AS/NZS 2108.1:2004 Type A, GM6277M and Toyota TSK2601G specifications, and is free from nitrite, amine, phosphate and silicate to suit US, European and Japanese vehicle requirements.
This premix coolant is pre-diluted in a 50/50 mix with demineralised water, protecting against corrosion, freezing and boiling for up to 8 years or 500,000km when used as a complete fill. Its Organic Additive Technology (OAT) carboxylate inhibitors stay in solution rather than forming solids, so they won't become abrasive to water pump seals, and the formula guards against cavitation erosion of wet cylinder liners in diesel engines.
This coolant suits aluminium radiators and components, and suits vehicles such as Ford Falcon EA to EF, Holden Gen 3 and Gen 4 V8 and Alloytech V6 models, Toyota, Audi, Volkswagen, Jeep, Chrysler, Isuzu trucks, Daihatsu and Caterpillar equipment that specify a red or orange coolant. It is not recommended for cooling systems with brass or copper radiators, where Nulon's green long life coolant is the suitable choice instead, and coolant types or brands should never be mixed.
