The Nulon Red Premium Long Life Coolant Premix 1 Litre is a ready to use Type A coolant for vehicles needing red or orange OAT coolant. It meets AS/NZS 2108.1:2004 Type A, GM6277M and Toyota TSK2601G specifications and is supplied already mixed 50% with demineralised water, so no measuring or mixing is required.
Nulon Red Premium Long Life Coolant Premix uses Organic Additive Technology (OAT), a carboxylate inhibitor package that stays in solution longer than traditional coolant chemistry, protecting aluminium, steel, cast iron, brass and copper cooling system components from corrosion. It is free from nitrite, amine, phosphate and silicate, meeting US, European and Japanese coolant requirements, and provides anti-freeze protection down to -37°C. Used as directed, it delivers a service life of 8 years or 500,000km, whichever occurs first.
This coolant suits vehicles that call for a red or orange OAT based coolant, including cooling systems originally filled with Holden Extended Life Anti-Freeze Coolant, Ford Long Life Anti-Freeze Anti-Boil Concentrate or Dex-Cool. It is the preferred choice for cooling systems with aluminium radiators; vehicles fitted with copper or brass radiators should instead use a traditional green coolant, and it should not be mixed with coolants of a different chemistry or colour.
