The Nulon Red Heavy Duty Diesel Coolant Concentrate 5 Litre is formulated for diesel passenger cars, SUVs, 4x4s and heavy duty diesel vehicles. This heavy duty diesel coolant concentrate is mixed at 50% with demineralised water, with 1 litre making 2 litres of ready-to-use coolant that boils at 128°C and freezes at -37°C. Protection lasts for 8 years, 1,200,000 km or 12,000 hours, with no supplemental coolant additive (SCA) top-up required during the life of the coolant.
Nulon Red Heavy Duty Diesel Coolant Concentrate protects cylinder walls from cavitation erosion, a form of pitting damage caused by vapour bubbles collapsing against wet cylinder liners in diesel engines. It also provides maximum anti-freeze and anti-boil protection along with total anti-corrosion protection for the entire cooling system.
This coolant suits every diesel passenger car, SUV, 4x4, light commercial and heavy duty vehicle, and can be used as an OEM replacement coolant. It exceeds the Australian AS 2108-2004 Type A standard, plus international and national vehicle industry standards, and should not be mixed with coolants from other manufacturers or with green or blue coolant.
