The Meguiar's Ultimate Compound 450mL is a DIY cutting compound that uses Super-Micro Abrasive Technology (SMAT) to remove paint defects without marring the surface. It cuts as fast as heavy abrasive compounds while safely removing scratches, scuffs, swirls, oxidation, water marks and blemishes from clear and non-clear coated paints. This reduces the time and effort needed to restore colour and clarity to neglected or abused paint while still delivering a blemish-free finish on well-maintained surfaces.
Meguiar's Ultimate Compound applies by hand with a Meguiar's Foam Applicator Pad or Even-Coat Microfibre Applicator, or with a DA polisher, working one manageable panel at a time. Buff each section to a shine with a Meguiar's Supreme Shine Microfibre towel before moving to the next, then follow with Meguiar's Ultimate Polish and Meguiar's Ultimate Wax to further enhance gloss and protection.
