The MAXTRAX Shackle Shield 4 Pack 711069 is designed to protect soft shackles from abrasion and sharp edged recovery points during 4WD recoveries. Its unique U shaped design slides over MAXTRAX Core and Fuse shackles and reduces tight radius contraction under load, helping to extend soft shackle life. Manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane, the shield stays flexible while maintaining enough strength to guard the rope fibres of soft shackles up to 14mm in diameter from any brand.
Shackle Shield is compatible with most aftermarket rated recovery points, including bullbar mounted points with a 90 degree edge that can otherwise damage soft shackle rope. This 4 pack includes 2 orange and 2 black shields, giving multiple recovery setups the same abrasion protection.
