The K&N Marine Flame Arrestor KN593364 is a washable cotton gauze air filter built for marine engines, improving airflow and protecting the engine. Approved to the SAE J1928 marine standard, it smoothes and straightens incoming air to help increase horsepower and torque. The filter uses a red cotton gauze media with a stainless steel top, and its 130mm flange inlet diameter and 70mm element height suit round flame arrestor housings with a 203mm inside diameter and 229mm outside diameter.

K&N was founded by motorcycle racers Ken Johnson and Norm McDonald, who developed an oiled cotton filter media that could be washed and reused rather than replaced. The brand has since expanded into air intake systems, oil filters and fuel filters alongside its original performance air filter design. This flame arrestor is supplied with mounting hardware and filter oil, and is backed by a 1 year limited warranty.
