The K&N Air Filter KNYA1308 is a premium oiled cotton gauze air filter engineered as a direct replacement for the stock element on specific motorcycle applications. Built with multiple layers of cotton gauze media, it increases airflow for improved horsepower, acceleration and throttle response while protecting the engine from dirt and contaminants. The washable and reusable design offers a longer service life than a disposable paper filter, helping reduce ongoing replacement costs.
An application specific base seal and sealing bead give the filter a precision OEM-style fit, and it is supplied pre-oiled and ready to install. At 149mm tall with a 94mm outside diameter and a 53mm inside diameter, the filter is sized to occupy the same airbox space as the original equipment part.
This filter suits motorcycle applications and is an equivalent fitment to the BMC FM80608 and Yamaha 5UX1445100. Made in the USA, K&N has been manufacturing this style of high-flow filtration for over 40 years.
