The K&N High-Flow Motorcycle Air Filter KNTB8002 is a washable, oiled cotton gauze replacement filter engineered for motorcycle engines. Built with an application-specific base seal and sealing bead, it is designed to replace the factory paper air filter element with a precision OEM-style fit.
The oval filter element increases airflow through the engine, helping improve horsepower, acceleration and throttle response without typically requiring fuel-management modifications. Pleated layers of cotton gauze treated with a tacking agent trap dirt and contaminants for engine protection, while the flexible frame design and washable construction let the filter be cleaned, re-oiled using approximately 11mL of oil, and reused rather than replaced.
This filter suits motorcycle applications and is interchangeable with equivalents including BMC FM58908, Triumph T2202450 and Triumph T2203545. It is manufactured in the USA and is not designed as a direct fit for non-motorcycle applications.
