The King Springs Coil Springs Front Pair KFFR-40 is a heavy-duty progressive coil engineered for FG and FGX Falcon vehicles across sedan, ute and high-performance XR8/GT models. King Springs leads the design and manufacture of advanced progressive springs with variable pitch and tapered wire forms across all automotive sectors, from passenger and commercial to four wheel drive and motorsport racing.
These front coils are manufactured from X5K material, a new-generation high-stress spring steel that reduces weight by approximately 30 percent compared to conventional designs while increasing suspension travel. This advanced material was introduced to leading V8 Supercar teams including DJR/TP, FTR and Nissan in 2007 and has delivered proven durability at the highest levels of motorsport. Phosphate and epoxy powder coatings protect against corrosion in all Australian climates, and the springs are designed using advanced CAD to ensure precise fitment and performance across FG/FGX variants.
