The Gulf Western Ultra Clear Gear Oil 75W-85 60 Litre 66050 is a fully synthetic, extreme pressure gear oil for differentials and manual gearboxes requiring 75W-85. It is formulated with poly alpha olefin (PAO) base oil technology for stronger thermal stability than a mineral gear oil, and it meets API GL-5, GL-4 and MT-1 specifications. The oil is also suitable for use in limited slip differentials.
In everyday driving the increased viscosity index supports smoother cold shifting while keeping gear operation quiet, and the friction modified formula lowers operating temperatures and reduces power loss caused by friction. The shear stable formula holds its performance across long drain intervals, so it keeps protecting gears between services rather than breaking down under load.
Ultra Clear Gear Oil 75W-85 suits conventional and limited slip differentials, transfer cases and steering boxes, and is approved to Mercedes Benz 235.31, 235.62 and 235.7, G 052 145 A1, G 052 190 A2, G 055 190 A2, and Toyota Differential Gear LT 75W-85 specifications.
