The Gulf Western Tacway 68 Slideway Oil 205 Litre 30073 is a general purpose machine oil for slideways, lathes and other machine tools.
Anti-wear additives and tackifiers help the oil cling to vertical and inclined slideway surfaces, reducing sling off while protecting cutting tools from wear. The coating also helps reduce rust and corrosion on machined surfaces during use.
This ISO 68 grade oil suits lathes, machine tools and other industrial equipment calling for a tacky, non-corrosive lubricant, and meets DIN 51524 Part II and US Steel 224 specifications. It is supplied in a 205 litre drum for workshop and industrial use.
