The Gates V-Belt 13A1100 is a serpentine drive belt engineered to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications. Made from fibre-reinforced EPDM compound, it delivers excellent reliability and extended wear life with resistance to heat, oil and other chemicals commonly found in the engine bay.
The belt is part of your vehicle's accessory belt drive system (ABDS), which works alongside the tensioner and pulleys to ensure optimal performance of the alternator, water pump and air conditioning compressor. Watch for signs of wear such as rubber loss, glazing, pilling, abrasion or cracking, which indicate the belt needs replacement.
