The Gates 6.3mm low pressure fuel and oil hose sold per metre is designed for low pressure fuel and oil transfer on mobile or stationary engines. Manufactured to meet SAE J30R7 specifications, it handles leaded and unleaded petrol, ethanol blended fuels such as E10, E20 and E85, diesel, LPG vapour, lubricating oil, crankcase fumes and fuel vapour. Sold by the metre, this fuel line hose suits both fuel and oil line replacement work where a low pressure hose is specified.
This Gates hose is not suitable for fuel injection systems, biodiesel blends such as B5, B10 and B20, transmission cooler lines, in-tank fuel submersion, coolant transfer, brake fluid or marine applications, so its use is limited to standard low pressure fuel and oil systems.
