The Garrett GT2560S Turbo To Suit JCB Dieselmax G802455-5002S is a complete replacement turbo for 4.4 litre JCB diesel engines from 2007. The GT2560S frame is matched to engines producing 97kW at 2,200 RPM, restoring factory boost and response on off highway construction plant that has lost a turbo to bearing wear, shaft play or oil contamination.
Garrett part G802455-5002S is a direct fit replacement for JCB original equipment numbers 320/06153 and 320/06078, and cross references Garrett 802455-0002, 802455-5002, 773125-5006S and 773125-0006, so it can be identified from either the machine parts list or the tag on the old unit. The turbine housing is wastegated with a pneumatic actuator, keeping boost control the same as the original turbo and allowing the replacement to bolt straight to existing pipework.
