The Garrett MGT2260Z turbocharger to suit Ford Mustang EcoBoost 2.3L 2015> FR3E-9G438-CC G821402-5007S 2.3ltr is a direct fit replacement turbo charger for the 2.3 litre EcoBoost four cylinder. Garrett supplies this unit as a complete assembly with its pressure regulated pneumatic wastegate actuator, so the original mounting points, oil feed and water lines are retained on reassembly.
Garrett builds the MGT2260Z on a hydrodynamic journal bearing centre housing that is both oil and water cooled, with a cast compressor wheel measuring 46.45mm at the inducer and 60.00mm at the exducer, and a turbine wheel of 50.00mm inducer and 44.10mm exducer running a 0.89 A/R housing. It replaces Ford part number FR3E-9G438-CC and cross references the Garrett 821402 series assemblies 821402-5005S, 821402-5006S and 821402-0007.
