The Garrett GTB1756VK Turbocharger To Suit Jeep Wrangler JK 2.8L P428CW 2007 On 35242156G G796911-5002S is a complete direct fit turbo replacement for the 2.8L CRD diesel. Garrett part number 796911-5002S replaces OEM numbers 35242156G, 35242122G, 35242127F, 68033479AB and 68092631AB, and supersedes the earlier 763148-5002S, 771954-5001S, 796911-0002 and 796911-5001S assemblies.
This turbocharger uses a variable nozzle turbine with an electronic REA actuator and an aluminium compressor wheel, matching the factory boost control on the RA428RT ENS four cylinder diesel. Beyond the Jeep Wrangler JK it suits the Jeep Cherokee KK, Dodge Nitro and Lancia Voyager 2.8L CRD, covering engine outputs from 130kW (177hp) through to 147kW (200hp).
Supplied new as a complete assembly, this turbo charger is the straight replacement when a tired or failed unit is beyond repair on a 2.8L CRD diesel.
