The Garrett GTB1752V Turbocharger to suit VW Touareg BPE TDI 2.5L 070145701Q G760700-5004S is a genuine Garrett variable nozzle turbine (VNT) replacement. It fits Touareg 7LA, 7L6 and 7L7 wagon models built 2004–2009, replaces OEM part numbers 070145701Q and 070145701QV210, and supersedes earlier Garrett part numbers 760700-0004 and 760700-5003S (070145701Q G760700-5004S). Fitted to the 2.5L R5 TDI diesel engine, it restores factory boost pressure and turbine response on engines rated up to 174HP (128kW).
Pneumatic actuation drives the variable nozzle turbine vanes, adjusting exhaust flow across the rev range for strong low speed torque and reduced turbo lag compared with a fixed geometry turbo. Supplied as a new, balanced unit, this turbocharger is a direct fitment replacement for the factory Touareg turbo and installs using the original oil and coolant connections.
