The Garrett GTA5518 turbo to suit Caterpillar C18 302-7448 is a remanufactured replacement turbo for Caterpillar C18 18.0L industrial engines. It restores original Garrett GTA5518B performance and is cross referenced to Caterpillar OEM part numbers 302-7448, 3027448, 10R2741, 2558175, 241-1703 and 2411703, as well as the earlier Garrett turbocharger numbers 757621-0007 and 757621-0002 that this unit supersedes.

Supplied through the TEX exchange program, the Garrett GTA5518 turbocharger includes the mounting gasket, so installation on a Caterpillar C18 industrial engine does not require sourcing a separate gasket kit. The unit carries Garrett part number G757621-9007TEX, which identifies the exact remanufactured turbocharger for this application.
