The Garrett GT4088 Turbo To Suit DAF Truck 9.2L G452257-5005S is a direct replacement exhaust turbocharger for Euro 3 DAF trucks and buses. It carries Garrett part number G452257-5005S and replaces DAF OEM number 1398886, along with the earlier Garrett numbers 452257-0005 and 452257-5.
The turbo charger is built on the GT4088 frame used on the 9.2 litre six cylinder PE265C and PE235C engines rated at 265kW and 360HP, with the 449739-0034 centre cartridge and the 434133-0036 wastegate actuator. Supplied as a complete assembly with the compressor and turbine housings fitted, it suits workshop replacement of a worn or failed original unit on 65CF Truck and Bus applications built from 1996 on.
