Product Info
The Garrett GT1749MV Turbocharger to suit Holden Astra Z19DTH 1.9CDTi 2004> 55205483 G766340-5002S is a genuine direct-fit replacement turbo for the 1.9 litre Z19DTH diesel. The turbocharger uses Garrett variable nozzle turbine technology, varying the turbine geometry so boost builds early and stays controlled as revs rise on the 110kW Fiat-built Z19DTH engine.
Garrett supplies this unit as the original equipment turbo charger for the Holden Astra AH 1.9 CDTi from 2004, and it also suits Saab 9-3 and Saab 9-5 1.9 TiD models fitted with the same Z19DTH diesel engine. It replaces OEM part numbers 55205483, 71790778, 71792075, 71793953 and 71793975, and cross references Garrett numbers 766340-5002S and 766340-0002 along with earlier 755046 and 740067-0002 versions, so workshops can match it against the unit coming off the vehicle.
