The Garrett PowerMax Intercooler to Suit BMW M3/M4 F80/F82/F83 2015> Black G888883-6002 is a direct fit performance charge air cooler for 2015+ BMW M3 and M4 models fitted with the S55 engine. It features a 47% larger core than the factory unit with dual pass coolant flow, reducing intake manifold temperatures by an average of 10°F and helping delay heat soak during sustained driving. CFD optimised end tanks improve air flow distribution through the bar-and-plate, air-to-water core, which supports engine builds up to 980 HP.
The intercooler uses cast aluminium end tanks for structural integrity under boost and is finished in flat black. It installs in the stock location using the factory bolts, hoses and clamps, with overall core dimensions of 183mm x 249mm x 92mm.
