The Custom Offroad 3mm Stainless Bash Plate Kit HiLux N80 12077 is a 2 piece underbody protection set built for the tracks, beaches and rugged backroads of Australia. Designed and made in Australia from high-quality stainless steel, the front and sump plates shield vulnerable underbody components from rocks, ruts, tree roots, debris and saltwater that standard factory protection is often too thin or lightweight to handle.

Custom Offroad bash plates use a minimum 3mm stainless steel construction to withstand repeated impacts while resisting rust and corrosion from coastal and off-road driving. The kit bolts onto existing factory mounting points with a slim design that preserves ground clearance and requires no cutting or drilling, and it remains compatible with bull bars that retain the standard plate mounts. Fitted to a Toyota HiLux N80 2016 onward, this kit helps protect the sump and front underbody, reducing the risk of costly repairs after a hard day on the tracks.
